Sometimes your normal to-do reminder isn’t enough. Sometimes there’s something you need reminding about but it deserves its own slightly eccentric reminder! Enter stage right: the HassleBot.
This app, whose idea was first conceived in 2005 by the late Chris Lightfoot, will remind you at semi-irregular intervals. You’ll get an email notification with your customised text to prompt you to do something.
So Hassl.me is the solution. This free tool is here as a public service for you and your friends and colleagues to use.

To make life easier, you can use this bookmarklet to quickly make new checks.
The bookmarklet will grab the address of the page that is down and draft a new check with the URL option already filled in.
This works in most cases. The only case when this bookmarklet doesn’t work is when a domain has just been registered for the first time and isn’t yet resolvable.
